A Small Kitchen

The Vintage Tea started as a one-oven dream in a shared kitchen on Nelson Avenue. What began as weekend bake sales at the Staten Island Farmers' Market grew into something the neighborhood asked for every day.

We don't use shortcuts. We don't freeze our dough or use pre-made fillings. Every recipe is tested, adjusted, and re-tested until it's the kind of thing you'd make for someone you care about. That's the standard we set for ourselves — and the one we keep.
